911±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is in the process of implementing a new institutional authentication and access journey on 911±¬ÁϳԹÏ.com, making use of SeamlessAccess.org (formerly RA21: Resources Access in the 21st Century) services.
Sometimes researchers can find it difficult to gain access to a library's subscriptions on a publisher¡¯s site when they are outside of their institution¡¯s network IP ranges. Researchers are required to authenticate themselves as members of your institution by using a proxy, federated authentication, or through other ways of authentication.
